G. Golden
Mr. Golden is admitted to practice law in California (1970).
He received his J.D. from Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles,
California and his B.S. (Business Administration) from the
University of California, Los Angeles.
After completing law school, Mr. Golden clerked for a number
of justices of the California Appellate Court, including Donald
R. Wright, who later became Chief Justice of the California
Supreme Court. He later worked as corporate counsel for a
publicly traded insurance company for four years prior to
establishing his private law practice in Los Angeles, California.
In over thirty years of private practice, Mr. Golden represented
clients in various business and commercial matters, including
business formations, contract negotiations, business litigations
and real estate matters, as well as wills, trusts, and the
probate of estates.
