Shawn Christopher
Mr. Christopher is admitted to practice law
in Nevada (1997) and California (1996). He is also admitted
to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada
and Southern District of California.
Mr. Christopher received his J.D. from California Western
School of Law (1996) and his B.S. (Finance) from the University
of Nevada , Las Vegas (1993). While in law school, Mr. Christopher
served as a staff writer for the California Western Law Review
and as an intern for the Hon. Robert E. May at the San Diego
Superior Court.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Christopher entered
private practice in San Diego and eventually returned to Las
Vegas to continue his career. He is a native of Las Vegas,
Nevada.
Harry
G. Golden (admitted in California only)
Mr. Golden is admitted to practice law in California (1970).
He received his J.D. from Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles,
California and his B.S. (Business Administration) from the
University of California, Los Angeles.
After completing law school, Mr. Golden clerked for a number
of justices of the California Appellate Court, including Donald
R. Wright, who later became Chief Justice of the California
Supreme Court. He later worked as corporate counsel for a
publicly traded insurance company for four years prior to
establishing his private law practice in Los Angeles, California.
In over thirty years of private practice, Mr. Golden represented
clients in various business and commercial matters, including
business formations, contract negotiations, business litigations
and real estate matters, as well as wills, trusts, and the
probate of estates.
